Songbook of Life: Music That Inspires

This event is a showcase of musical talents from a cohort of University Students out of Jamaica. Shane Wright and The RoyalSound Singers will perform songs that will inspire, encourage and uplift using various styles of music and different performance styles. Some original music will be presented in addition to arrangements from Musical Directors Shawn Wright (The University Chorale) and Dr Kathy Brown-Williams (Jamaica Youth Chorale). Poetry, dance and instrumentals will be fused into the presentation to ensure entertainment.

In an effort to raise funds for tuition Artistic Director and Founding President Shane Wright came up with the concept to not only be the one to perform but to also give performance opportunity to other talented individuals representing institutions like The Mico University, The University of Technology Jamaica, The Edna Manley College for the Visual and Performing Arts and The University of the West Indies Mona Campus.
